Does it support multiple companies and warehouses?
Yes. Every company receives a private workspace, and each warehouse or branch can have its own stock and operating scope.
Can we import our existing inventory?
Inventory migration is part of onboarding planning. The import process will validate models, serialized assets, identifiers, condition and locations before activation.
Does it handle serialized, bulk and consumable equipment?
Yes. Each inventory mode has separate rules for identity, quantity, reservation, issue, return and replenishment.
How do user roles and permissions work?
Roles provide sensible defaults while backend capabilities and record scope control what each person may view or change.
Will it support RFID and barcodes?
QR and barcode workflows are foundational. RFID is designed as a first-class identifier and reconciliation channel without being required for initial use.
What can Operations Intelligence do today?
Ask O360 can interpret operational language, resolve approved company terminology and answer supported questions from permission-scoped workspace records. It can prepare selected next steps, but people remain in control of approval. Capabilities are being verified progressively in staging; the synthetic Demo does not establish production availability.
